Dr. Michel Fancelli, DDS
After graduating from McGill University in 1981, Dr.Fancelli completed a multidisciplinary residency at the Montreal Children's Hospital. He has been practicing in Longueuil since 1984 with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, implantology, the treatment of occlusal and temporomandibular joint dysfunction, sleep disorders, as well as laser dentistry. Dr. Fancelli is a graduate of the prestigious Dawson Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Florida and participates in numerous continuing education courses.Dental Advisor
Dr. Jacques Hèbert, DMD
After graduating from Laval University in Québec City in 1981, Dr. Hèbert completed a multidisciplinary residency program at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal the following year. His areas of expertise are the treatment of jaw joint and sleep disorders, cosmetic dentistry, implantology and laser dental treatments. Dr. Hèbert is also a graduate of the prestigious Dawson Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Florida. He joined the Centre Dentaire Fancelli team in 2004 after 21 years of private practice in Montreal.

Dr. Richard Mansour, DMD, ABGD, MSM, CD
Dr. Mansour graduated from the University of Manitoba school of Dentistry in 1999. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces shortly there after and is still serving today, currently stationed at CFB Petawawa, ON. During his career he has served in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Quebec City and Afghanistan. He completed a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2010 with the US Army in Fort Hood, Texas. In 2011 he became Board Certified with the American Board of General Dentistry. He has been actively involved in Dental Sleep Medicine since 2001 and has experienced the evolution in both diagnosis and treatment modalities for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Besides providing full-spectrum comprehensive dentistry to his military patients, he also works part-time in private practice in Pembroke, ON where he limits his practice to TMD, OSA and Microscope Endodontics. He was recently awarded a Meritorious Service Medal by the Governor General at Rideau Hall for his work in Afghanistan that lead to the international recognition of the formation of the Afghan Dental Association.

Mr. Carlos M. Valente, DD
Mr. Carlos Valente has maintained a full-time private practice in Toronto since 1999 with special interest in Dental Sleep Medicine and Implant Supported Dentures. Carlos is certified by the College of Denturists and holds diplomate status with the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines (www.acsdd.org).
He has served as a professional Council Member of the College of Denturists of Ontario and as a Clinical Instructor of Denturism.
Mr. Valente’s practice philosophy is “To provide my patients with the best care”, He strives for professional excellence and a focus on high quality and individualized care.
Carlos has been married for 30 years, is the father of three, he enjoys walking, travelling and motorcycle riding.

Dr. Sherif Elsaraj BSc, DMD, MSc, PhD
Dr. Elsaraj, also known amongst his colleagues and patients as “Dr. E”, is a graduate of the 2010 DMD program at the University of Manitoba. Dr. E has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Carleton University and a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology from the University of Manitoba.
In 2012, he completed a year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology program at the University of Toronto. He is a published author in well-respected scientific journals. Dr. E has over 400 continuing education hours in Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders and Dental Sleep Therapy and holds a PhD in Craniofacial Pain and Health Sciences from McGill University. He currently supervises residents of the Orofacial Pain Clinic in the Jewish General Hospital.
Dr E is an active member of the Canadian, Manitoban, Ontario Dental Associations and the Order des Dentistes du Quebec. Dr. E is currently serving on the CDA and ODA council, Ottawa Dental Society Continuing Education committee, Nepean Political Contact dentist, a consultant for the Oral Health Group and an advisor for the Canadian Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines.
